terrific doctor

I have been seeing doctor Olson for around 15 years and I think he does very good work and is a good person. Has been a very good surgeon at removing some small fat tissues under my skin and scars are barely visible. I plan to continue to see him as long as he continues to practice.

Dr. Olsen is simply the best natured, most sympathetic and excellent Dr I have ever encountered. He took immediate action on a skin cancer that he could see was troubling me, not only because it was cancer, but it was looming on my face as well. I was well versed in what it was and how it came about. He and his staff were very nice and wonderfully knowledgeable of after care and would answer any question or concern I had.

I highly recommend Dr. Olson. He has been my dermatologist for years and always has been caring and professional. He and his staff have gone out of their way to work with my insurance. Thank you Dr. Olson.

I finally found a Dr that could successfully diagnose and treat a skin disorder that I have had for years. Dr Olson is very cordial and gave me all the time I needed for evaluation. I will continue seeing Dr Olson in the future.

this doctor was the only one who had an open appt or i would have never gone there again. i had hoped my first experience was a fluke and that maybe he and his staff were having a bad day, but no such luck. the front desk woman was rude and unfriendly, and the doctor was aloof and arrogant. then when i tried to sort out the insurance coverage w/the billing dept, they cut me off and said it wasn't their responsibility.whatever happened to good old fashioned customer service?...appalling!

it was appalling how inefficient and rude this doctor and his staff were to me and my son. we had to wait forever to get in, then they were impatient and rushed and arrogant. then the billing method afterwards was completely unacceptable. they would not help w/insurance details and threatened collections after 3 mos...before insurance could even process the claim!
