Dr. Palmer understands how anxiety, depression, trauma, and burnout can impact every part of life. He takes a whole-person approach to psychiatric care, combining evidence-based medication management with supportive therapy and practical tools to help patients regain balance and confidence. His focus includes anxiety, grief, depression, ADHD, trauma recovery (PTSD), and other concerns, all tailored to meet each individual’s goals.
Grounded in empathy and …collaboration, Dr. Palmer strives to help patients reconnect with their sense of stability and purpose. His goal is to make every patient feel seen, supported, and capable of achieving lasting mental wellness.
