Dr. Eric O Pantaleon, MD

I've been with Dr.Pantaleon for 12 years now and in the last two years he no longer see's patients in his Miami Lakes office. The doctor that is currently there is great but the staff is a different story! They are completely unprofessional and rude. I had a visit on a Saturday morning and forgot my insurance card so I had to pay out of pocket since insurance was not able to be verified. I was told that I would get reimburse on Monday if I would bring in my insurance card in which I did. Now Four months have pasted by and I still have not been credited due to there billing department not submittting the claim. When ever I called the doctors office they state that a claim was submitted and to give them a another month to see what happens but when I call the insurance they have no claim on file. The insurance company provided me with a fax number that they can use to get it process immediately and doctors office has refused stating that they only bill electronic and they will not do fax… it, that if I want to get reimburse I have to wait or just let it go! When I ask to speak to someone else they tell me no the billing person is the only person you can speak to. It is sad to say but I have let it go and will never visit that office again. I suggest you strongly think about visitng that office.
