Love the staff and how responsive they are to get me on the schedule for neck injections when the pain gets to be a bit much. Dr Rey is personable and professional with an amazing staff.

27 minutes ago BEWARE!!!!! Dr Rays office and third party billing company will fraudulently over bill you. They will charge you for ALL UA’s and then tell you you shouldn’t have been charged for it..... BUT they will still keep it on a balance owed. You will call the office to resolve the situation and the office will tell you to call the billing company. Both will not do anything and state that it’s one or the others fault. I all of a sudden have office visits and UA’s going back to the year 2019. I all of a sudden have office charges of $666.65. I was with DR Ray office for years and would never have been able to continue to have appointments with him if there was such a balance owed. Never. So since I left his office with only owing $80.00 of half the cost of an appointment to now owing $666.65. Again Dr Rays office said specifically that all these charges apply..... even all of the UA’s of $50.00 each. The UA’s of $50.00 each appointment always went into my appointment cost, but… now not a patient anymore..... I’m told I owe them!!! This office is crooked!!! Don’t stop seeing Dr Ray because you will have your credit ruined!!! They will charge you costs of all UA’s and all of your appointments for the last two years, even though they were paid. Both Dr Ray and billing company will NOT discuss their criminal charging. BEWARE!!!!

Dr. Ray has treated my back pain several times and listens and lets you participate in your treatment.

During recent pain shot - had trouble communicating with his office staff. Was told I could not have a shot with numbing medication in his office -found I later I could. Ended up scheduling with a local (after finding out same staff member ordered general anesthesia). Staff did not bother to check and offer accurate information. That mistake cost me money - unnecessary charges to me and the insurance company. Then they ordered an MRI with contrast - a MRI Arthrogram - at a separate imaging center. Imaging center followed doc's orders, doc didn't bother to tel me the patient, or the imaging center he gave me contrast dye BEFORE sending me on for MRI - again unnecessary procedure = unnecessary charges to both me the patient and my insurance company. On top of everything, doc did not take responsibility for his actions but instead blamed the radiologist and me for not being more aware, not realizing he did not communicate properly. Could have ended up being a lot more serious to me… the patient. Do not recommend this doctor.

Low key stress free clinic. I feel great and after the VA did not want to do the procedure I was concerned. Dr. Ray took care of me!!

Dr. Ray is fantastic! I would highly recommend him to anyone struggling with lower back pain.

A must have Dr. if you have pain issues. Took me from a life on opioids to manageable expectations without drugs. This is a doctor who cares you are in pain and directs you treatment to address your pain while permanent solutions are found. He has a great staff as well

I was referred to Dr. Ray by a neurologist while he was with a group of doctors. His Southlake office is great and his staff and service are wonderful. He listens and provides the treatment and follow up. I had a few procedures performed by Dr. Ray and no complaints. He’s absolutely and excellent doctor.

Dr. Ray was my last resort with my pain issues and has helped me to get them under control.
