Dr. Eric William Ruckert, MD

Despite what some other reviews have said, I love Dr. Rukert. He’s very old-school, very upfront about procedures and costs, and I really appreciate that. This is now my third time seeing him, and it’s always a great experience. I will say this: you definitely need to have a sense of humor when you see him. If you don’t, then he might not be the right doctor for you. But for me, he works great!

He was very rude and mean to my son while he was under sedation because he thought that he would forget that it happened. He did not forget...

Dentist showed up to the office 45 mins late for my mid-morning appt (after the receptionist phoned him in front of me) and he seemed to be in an altered state of mind. Manically jumping around the room, talking a mile a minute and handing out pills behind his back like he was in the NBA. I went for 2 wisdom teeth extractions my regular dentist wasn’t comfortable removing and he tried to talk me into taking out all 4, even though there was nothing wrong with the other two. Then spent 5-10 seconds (yes, seconds!) prying out either side. He then tried to bill me for 2 Moderately impacted extractions-double what was quoted when calling the office for a ballpark price. I found out later that he isn’t board certified.

I told him I needed to be put out to have tooth extracted and he ignored y request and proceeded to give me 7 shots of nova cane then he finally gave me the IV to put me out but he was only suppose to give me one IV shot but he gave 2 my cost after dental insurance was over$500.00!!! He purposely billed for those extra shots to make more money...he’s a terrible dentist and he brags about himself doesn’t care what you have to say...BE WARE OF THIS GUY

Condescending, rude, dismissive.

Oral surgery is never pretty, and it's expensive to boot. Before you invest in this doctor get a take on Eastman Dental. Much cheaper and probably nicer to their patients.

All I'm going to say is stay away. Demeaning, rude, made me feel so uncomfortable....if I wasn't in such serious pain I would have walked away. Seriously....avoid at all costs!!
