Dr. Eric William Rudd, MD

Dr. Rudd was willing to see me on short notice, but he is neurosurgeon, not a neurologist. (which is the testing I needed) He did take time to do some minimal strength testing. He reviewed my MRI with me and made appropriate referrals. His weakness is lack of warm bedside manner. He is very scientific, would not anwer any questions until he was ready to. He seemed to minimize my symptoms a bit as I had half of my body numb with limited function. On the positive side, he would probably be a good spinal surgeon to use.

This neurosurgeon had zero bedside manner-was almost cruel in his examination of me because I was in severe pain at the time. I would NOT recommend him to anyone.

explained my problem very well and covered options for treatmentand the reasons why I should try some options over others. and additional options if first choices failed.
