Dr. Shertzer is w/o a doubt an excellent family doctor and person. He is what we all want and need in a doctor. I would like to add that he and Fortuna have put together a winning team. As an example, I want to highlight Ms. Elizabeth who was extremely helpful to me and my family in a most trying time due to my brother’s deteriorating condition since he is now almost totally dependent on others for his daily living. Elizabeth solved all my brother’s needs such as an adjustable bed, Hoyer lift, wheelchair, etc., in a quick and efficient manner greatly alleviating our anxiety and my brother’s suffering. I just had my first appointment with Dr Schertzer. My impression is that he is very professional, he listens, he is polite, he treats you with respect. I trust in Dr. Schertzer and I hope to have him as my doctor for many years.

Known Dr Schertzer for 7 years as patient. Always thoughtful, caring, professional and interested in my well being ! Administrative personnel and assistants also top notch.

Dr.Schertzer is the absolute best. Took time to carefully listen and think about my proper diagnosis and medication for cold/flu/virus and gave me the proper medication that made me start to feel better in a day or two. The quickie med place gave me like a temporary cure? He is truly a great family Dr for all ages. Seniors teens and youngsters.

Dr Eric Schertzer is a very good Dr. He spends time with you and offers suggestions for you. He really cares about you. Glad I changed to him for my doctor.

It is difficult to find a Doctor who listens, genuinely cares and is humble. I have been a patient for a few years and finally decided to write a review as, now more than ever with COVID-19, I received the most caring treatment from Dr. Schertzer. Not only he made himself available via video but followed up to see how I was feeling and all done with a true interest for the patient. Throughout the appointment he listed carefully, asked questions from his past notes, asked again to make sure about the symptoms and finally said, I am here for you and want you to feel better soon, call anytime - he said it from his heart! I also needed some documents from his office, it took them about 30 minutes to have them ready and send them via email. Throughout the years, I have recommend at least 4 people to Dr. Schertzer's practice, everyone has thanked me. I am very lucky to have Dr. Schertzer as my Primary Doctor.

I am so thankful for the wonderful care from the physicians and all of the staff from Dr Schertzers office. This office truly cares for the patients, and they go above and beyond for any medical attention you may need. I highly recommend this office, Dr Schertzer and both of his PA’s are all excellent physicians.

As a new patient, the wait was shorter than any other doctor I have been to recently. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
