Dr. Sharp is a doctor that cares about each and every individual patient . He is a great listener and gives thorough caring feedback. His knowledge and dedication is matched by no other.

I've been seeing Dr. Sharp for a few years now through a variety of issues. He is kind, genuine, and extremely knowledgeable in all facets of being a man of medicine, including chiropractic training, a strong understanding of alternative healing modalities, as well as mental health issues. A more complete doctor with a better bedside manner who has a willingness to educate as well as heal you will not find. Proud to be his patient.

Dr. Sharp has been my Dr. for 6 years. He's the best doctor I've had in my 64 years. Although he may not run exactly on schedule I am patient because I know he'll take the time with me. He listens carefully, asks questions and is very thorough when explaining. He's also my daughter's primary care provider. We feel safe and confident with his care. He's been my Dr. through cardiac arrest, stroke and lung lobectomy for cancer and I couldn't ask for better. Many people complain if a Dr. doesn't give the treatment the patient has decided is best for them. At times it may take 2 weeks to get an appointment, this is because he has so many patients in his practice. However if it's needed you'll be scheduled for that day. The other is Corvallis has such a glaring lack of Dr.s many take 3 months to get scheduled with.

So this doctor is very knowledgeable and has only treated me for the last couple of years with thethe upmost respect. He has been very caring about what he should and shouldn't prescribe for me. He listens very well and had great bedside manner. I couldn't imagine what some of the other reviewers went through with Dr. Sharp because he has only been extremely professional, and his staff is great. Unfortunately there are too many self proclaimed WebMD investigators that think they know their own problems and like to self diagnose to the doctors what's wrong with them and argue with their doctor if they might not agree.

Very rude , doesn't listen, horrible bedside manner, arrogant, disrespectful to the elderly. My experience was so bad Samaritan wrote off the bill as I refused to pay to be treated so poorly , poorly is being nice .

I wouldn't be surprised if this doctor received top scores in medical school. He seems very knowledgeable and knows enough medical terms to fill a dictionary. However, I do NOT recommend a doctor that tests for depression, says that any depression present is so mild he's uncomfortable prescribing anti-depressants, but then begins strongly suggesting them after all the other obvious, easy tests come back normal. Thankfully, my symptoms have been resolved after going elsewhere for help (likely problem is celiac disease) instead of merely being masked again. I especially don't appreciate being laughed at when inquiring about tests for another autoimmune disorder I felt I was experiencing symptoms of. After deciding to not push for being tested once I was told I had a vitamin D deficiency (not knowing the symptoms associated with it), I was laughed at and told, "Yeah, I didn't think you'd want to sit there with a big needle in your arm that long." If it helps me get better, yes I would.… I'm also not stupid and basing requests on whims or being a hypochondriac. I don't see much compassion with the attitude that I'm fishing for a diagnosis for the fun without considering how unpleasant certain tests can be or that I'm bed-ridden for months just because I'm just dramatic and not as sick as I think I am. Many symptoms were downplayed or ignored. I've had other doctors misdiagnose me before, but I wasn't upset at them since they never gave me an elitist, uncaring air like this.It's strange that I complained about indigestion and painful gas, nausea, horrible fatigue, joint pain, back pain and found to have a vitamin deficiency but testing for celiac was never even on the radar. It's also interesting that celiac disease is correlated with other autoimmune disorders.

the doctor was thorough in his check upand he has fine manners. his diagonsis was correct.

Started off fantastic. He seems to be knowledgable and caring. However, was very okay with handing off the case to someone who was un-involved after he gave me a fantastic speech about following me through "this" and helping me to figure it all out. So much for that.
