Dr. Eric Shawn Teller, MD

Doctor Teller is wonderful:: very thorough, and my unfortunate habit of needing his care on weekends has not affected his responses or help. He is/was extremely thorough, explains things he knows I would be questioning, and works very hard to cover all the bases. I don't have/want a google account so I hope this goes to the proper location.

Although I haven't been examined by Dr. Teller, he spent a lot of time on the phone reassuring me what is the best option to treat my issues without me being in the office. Sounds like a very good guy and he made me feel that I would be all right and this is not seeing him just being on the phone sounded like he knows his stuff and an interest in my care

Very disappointed in this doctor. Hard to get an appt. Long waits in the very crowded waiting room --at least one hour. Dr. Teller can be abrupt and not very helpful. I complained about not being able to breathe properly (following serious pneumonia) and being constantly out of breath -- and after doing some in-office tests, he said he didn't know why and made NO recommendations. I am now about to see another doctor. In addition, it's impossible to reach a live person in the office. Lastly, he recommended two dentists to me b/c I have sleep apnea and needed a dental device -- both seemed like complete ripoffs, and would not even give me a price for the device.

The front desk staff could be a lot more couteous and attentive. I've heard sarcastic remarks made to patients while I was in waiting area. Also, almost impossible to get a live person on the phone when you call.

Typically 2.5+ hour wait in office after time of appointment. Friendly and bright. Difficult to get through to office staff on phone.

I am unsure about this doctor. He seems annoyed if you ask questions and needs a better bedside manner.

An actual "hands on" Dr. I didn't know Dr's of this caliber still existed. He took a very very complete history, back to my childhood. Spent uninterrupted time with me. Incredibly thorough. Cannot speak highly enough of Dr Teller. His staff is also exceptional. They went out of their way to make sure the proper Drs got the proper info in a timely manner with no fuss. They were warm courteous and professional.

His staff could be better, but he is a great doctor. He makes me feel taken care of because he has such spectacular bedside manner.

Consumate physician, excellent in every regard; warm and caring. A very good man and a bright light in his fields and practice.
