Saw Dr. Eric for 1st apptmt. No complaints. He was calm and thorough. Happy with his treatment! 5 stars possibly coming after next apptmt.....

I had seen Thorson in the past and decided to see a endocrinologist for my diabetes instead. Since then the endocrinologist retired and I tried to make a appointment with Thorson. He refused, because I had transferred services previously. Long story short I had to go to the ER to get my insulin refilled. This guy is a joke of a doctor, unless you have the common cold, I recommend seeing someone else.

I had made a definite appointment at 1:30 and came 10 minutes early as I usually do for appointments. Receptionist tells me I am here late and the appointment was at 1:00. I explained that was absolutely not the case and that I keep schedules and deal with my clients in a punctual manner and stress timeliness. They told me they double booked! Now how is this my fault? They offered me an appointment the next day while accepting another patient that booked that day! They asked the doctor if they could take me and most certainly didn't explain it was their clerical error and he declined to see me that day. Well, I'm busy too! I was on time and pay my bills. Obviously this is of no concern to them and accountability is not important to the office. Spend your time and expensive personal health care costs elsewhere.
