I am a long time patient with Dr. Torp office. Still enjoying sunshine, but not on my skin....doctor unmistakably diagnosed melanoma on my skin and took care of it. Though my insurance did not indicate coverage, I was not pressured by office personnel to pay for labs , visit or follow ups - and Insurance eventually took care of it . Previous comment may just happened 1 out 1 mil as we are all have bad days and good days. Stuff does a great job and Eric Torp himself strong professional who does listen to your concerns and not afraid to touch what could be dangerous for himself. Thank you.

I cancelled my appt. due to the rudeness of, Sidney, the receptionist. While asking questions there was loud sighing in the phone, wouldn't or couldn't answer simple insurance questions nor would try to figure out the information. Was talked to like a stupid person. Will make sure I don't make any appt. here nor refer this place or anywhere else she works to anyone. I have absolutely no comment to say about the doctor because I did not see him because I couldn't get past the rudeness of Sidney. It's a shame people might not get to see good work or a good doctor due to actions from rude receptionist.

Dr. Torp is very efficient, tells you what he is doing and why. He does a great job. Caring and friendly! He is also less expensive than other dermatologists I have seen in the area!

Dr. Torp is a great guy and dermatologist. His office staff is nice and do a super job also. Prices for services are less expensive than other provide ...

Minimal wait time which is important to me. Took time to explain things. Good bedside manner.

Dr. Torp is a wonderful, caring doctor. However, the receptionist is rude and unwelcoming. Another problem I have is getting to speak with someone. When you call his office, you have to leave a message and someone will call you back. They do not answer the phones to make appointments. I think the receptionist should be more accessible.

Exceptionally competent, let's you know everything he is doing, quick to diagnose problem, takes time to talk to you.He is excellent.
