Dr. Eric John Trueblood, MD

I have been a patient of his for over 3 years. I have lupus and deal with a very mild lung condition but I have developed allergies and asthma since moving here about 10 years ago. He has been very patient, understanding with me , and has worked to identify underlying conditions cropping up over the years. I like that he is in the Monroe Healthcare system and can readily access all of my information from other specialists. Over my 70 years, I have experiences with Mayo Clinics (MN and FL) and other well known medical facilities, so I do have standards of comparisons. I have no complaints about his ability as a physician. Additionally, Office Staff are all very pleasant and very accommodating with scheduling, etc. Office has very nice atmosphere. No complaints.

I was a patient of Dr Trueblood when he was at IMA. When he left I seen two other doctors, one in Bloomington and one in Indy. Neither of those doctors seemed to care if I got better or not. I was so happy when Dr. Trueblood came back to Bloomington. His office is in a great location. His staff is top notch and great to work with. I trust Dr. Trueblood with my life. If I feel a flare up coming on they get me in that day and get me started on treatment. I highly recommend Dr Trueblood!!

This doctor treated me like crap. Anytime i would try to ask him a question he would all but tell me to shut up. He had myself and my husband convinced I was going to die from the condition in my lungs if I didn't have surgery immediately to correct the issue. I have an 8 month old and a 2 year old I stay home and take care of so I can't just drop and go. I have to make arrangements. He sent my stuff off to methodist radiology to get me set up for surgery while stressing to me how serious and life threatening this was just for methodist to come back and say they won't do the surgery. When I called reception to figure out what was going on I was told I would have to wait for my appointment 3 months away before I got any answers. Also his office has roaches and doesn't bother to clean the traps. Its nasty and unsanitary. Don't waste ur time here. Your better going to Indy or Columbus to get real decent care.

Dr. Truebllood has always been prompt in his office. More inportant, he takes the time to understand what you are trying to tell him. He understands your needs and deals with the issues.

Highly recommend this compassionate, caring physician. His care of my father was beyond compare, and we are so pleased to have had him directing Dad's care. He was frank but gentle, very thoughtful approach to terminal illness.
