This man is beyond genius. He has amazing bed side manner. He is kind, gifted, tremendously skilled and confident. He is exactly what I look for in a surgeon. The method and the precise procedure he did on me could not be duplicated anywhere else in the country, and I searched long and hard. I owe my life to this man. In my opinion, he is probably one of the best, if not the best, thoracic surgeons in the country. I consider him a gift from God. I owe him my life.

Dr. Weiss performed an emergency operation on my aortic dissection at St. Lukes hospital. He literally saved my life! His quiet confidence and professionalism assured me and my wife we were in the right place with the right people. That means so much during those first scary days of hospitalization and helped me to recover more quickly. My recovery is progressing rapidly with little pain and no complications. Dr. Weiss and his team used the most advanced techniques to preserve and repair my heart. What could have been a tragedy turned into a celebration of life!
