Dr. Eric C Weiss

It took me months to get an appointment with Dr. Weiss for an evaluation my daughter. He's highly rated so I was okay waiting. The receptionist called me the morning of the appointment. Apparently Dr. Weiss refused to see my daughter because he doesn't like her dentist. The receptionist told me to not bother bringing my daughter to the appointment, and Dr. Weiss wouldn't call me back to discuss it. The receptionist told me I was putting her in an uncomfortable situation. It was the most bizarre experience I have ever had with a medical professional.

Needless to say I was unnerved, no pun intended, at the thought of a gum transplant but I knew it was time. The gum recession on my lower right tooth #27 was causing me stress every time I brushed or flossed and anytime I thought about it I would become uneasy. Dr. Weiss made me feel comfortable immediately. He is thoughtful and funny and extremely professional all at once. The procedure went smoothly and I left feeling confident. I had almost no pain after the procedure, non during it, and healed up within a week using nothing but two Advil and an extra strength Tylenol twice a day to ease the natural discomfort of stitches. Most of them dropped out as he said they would and he carefully removed the few that were left on my next visit. Both of us are happy with the results. I now have a solid and protective new gum line and it is as if I have always had it. I am naturally careful with that area when brushing and flossing as I have been in the past and I am actually looking… forward to the next visit with my fantastic dentist Dr. Paul R. Feldman of Suburban Essex Dental. He has yet to see the fine work of his excellent recommendation. Can't say enough how pleased I am with the whole procedure including follow up visits and especially the result.

Dr Weiss is foremost skilled and lovely to work. I have had extensive surgeries with him and told him today that he has Never caused me pain. He's the best! In addition, his staff is just as nice as he.

This dentist was arrogant. He kept me waiting twice in a room without windows. His manner of dress is unprofessional. He was uncaring and totally unsympathetic. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THUS DENTIST.
