Dr. Eric Dean Weston, MD

Not only did I have to wait in the lobby for 1 hour and 45 mins. and nothing was accomplished. They set an appointment up for a follow up and then asked me to pay for it in advance?????? Who does that???? I've never experienced pay for something that has even happened yet? Every office asks for payment when services are rendered.

Dr Weston is an excellent doctor as well as compassionate with a great bedside manner. I would recommend him highly to anyone needing a Gastroenterologyist.

He may know a lot about gastro. He knows nothing about customer service. EVERY time I have been here I wait at least an hour in waiting room before being seen. My last appointment was at 3:30. I did not go back until 4:45. Not kidding. I almost walked out. Always over an hour. My time is clearly not as valuable as his.

Dr. Weston is the best doctor I have ever known! He exemplifies compassion, knowledge and understanding which makes him an outstanding doctor.

The Dr's office has a calm, unhurried as if you were the only patient fell about it. Yet the staff are so professional, and knowledgeable. The Dr has a wonderful bedside manner, brimming with kindness and compassion. He is the most meticulous and through Dr. that I have ever been to, leaving no stone unturned when he make a diagnoses. He never hurry you to go on to the next patient he always has time to listen to all your concerns. He is one of a kind, those of us who have had the pleasure of being his patient are truly fortunate.He is unique. I would not want to change from him to another Dr. for all the world, I hope he never retires.

Dr. Weston has been a respected physician in our community for many years. He is not only an awesome doctor but a very kind individual as well. GI issues can be quite scary and painful for patients and Dr. Weston takes the time to treat not just the physical issue but helps ease your fear. He has a great office staff who display empathy for the patients they treat. Kristy and Debbie are extremely personable. The medical assistants - not so much. Competent for following their script for data collection but not very adept at connecting with patients

Dr. Weston posesses a lost art... Bedside manner! I had an EGD and a colonoscopy done by this man and I cannot say enough good things about him! I am a new patient and when he walked into do my procedures, he actually SLOWED the nursing team that was prepping me to TALK to me himself before I recieved my sedation. I am an RN and I do not make that known when unnecessary and believe me, I went to sleep with a smile on my face. Dr. Weston presented himself as very capable, knowledgeable and has not forgotten something I hold so dear myself...with each procedure, there is an individual.

I started seeing dr weston after I had a bad experience with another gastro. He is awesome. His nurse Kristi is awesome too. they call and check on me to see how i am doing. They have ruined me for anyone else@
