I wish I had the opportunity to see what these good reviews are talking about. I would give them 0 or negative value stars if possible. Worst staff ever, Mariam and ariana are rude and unprofessional. Falsely documented in my mothers chart and hung up on me. Took advantage of her medial need and lack of experience to unethically charge for an appt among other despicable actions. These staff members feel like predators to seniors and II can't trust a practice that does not address false documentation

I personally have been seeing doctor Wolfson since 2014 as well as my husband. We are completely satisfied with him and his staff which keeps us coming back. I’ve never waited more than 24 hours for an appointment and I never wait on hold when calling his office. His office staff goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and they are all customer Service oriented. I couldn’t recommend a better internal medical center then Wolfson at box canyon. I would definitely recommend Dr. Eric Wolfson. I have been going to him for over 10 years. He is an amazing doctor. He takes the time to listen to your needs. He makes you feel like you’re the only patient he has!! He is a very caring doctor. The front office staff is amazing. The office manager Mariam is also very helpful in anyway that she can. She always has a smile on her face no matter how busy it is. i’m pretty sure they take all insurances I have HMO, and he does accept that . The office is very well-kept and always clean.

Box Canyon Location Dr Wolfson I was a patient there for over 10 years Within the 10 years the last 3 were horrible The office staff is beyond word of frustration They will hang up on you while you are expressing sadness , confusion, or even when you cry on the phone ( they did that to me at least 9 times that i can remember ) They have held one of my medications once because they couldn't get me an appointment for the refill and this medication is to help me sleep which i have been on for years So needless to say i only slept for a few hours for those 2 weeks And they couldn't care less about my issues of nonsleeping Another time they told me that i DID NOT have to come into the office for the refill SO, they didn't notice the pharmacy note for 3 days for the refill. I had to call wolfson office again and ask them to fill the note from my pharmacy then they told me ‘I HAD TO COME INTO THE OFFICE and see the doctor for the refill ( again they don't care if i had my… medication) The last straw , when I hurt my foot and asked to see a certain Foot Doctor to look at my foot . I asked them to put in a referral for this Doctor , well that Foot Doctor Office staff was helping me. She looked in the system twice and I called my insurance people 3 times and neither of them could Not FIND ANY REQUEST from the Wolfson’s STAFF. Meanwhile, the Dr Wolfson STAFF told me that they put in the paperwork 4 times. So who is lying here? I don't think my insurance would lie to me and I do not think the Foot Doctor Staff would lie to me As a person Wolfson is great but it's his staff is beyond WORDS of NEGLECT and for that reason i have left him and went to another Doctor that has a great Staff. I wished iI had made this move 3 years ago and trust me there are more stories that i could say on the mistreatment from Wolfson Staff

The whole team/ office sucks they unprofessional and rude even these males there is rude like they some females Kelly be stealing people personal information he all for money he adopts kids like get FROM behind that desk doing paper work like a woman. Go do some real work... Some real men work construction..stay out if people person information..Dr wolfson a senior citizen still out here having babies. The cool sculpting doesn't work its a scam. They add late fees to patients file. Dr Harolson has his picks and chooses when he on prescription well controlled substances.. The whole team has issues .it was 3 locations but now it's 2 locations in sure people finding a new Dr ..they is a joke both locations, they talk about paticence business to each other .. they gave me other people paperwork with important information ssi number and they health conditions.. They just tacky and unprofessional.

If you want a doctor who you can trust then look no further, I have been seeing Dr Wolfson for years and have yet to have a bad experience. A+ rating and 5 stars from me

I have been going here for a number of years now and Dr Wolfson has always been amazing. He is kind, patient and has always helped me get my health back on track.

He got a lot on his plate 3 business and some side stuff ,but that what make"s him a good delegate"s the small things to his staff which are good just watch out for Rainy" if shes having a bad day. If he can"t fit it he will send you the best Doctor that your insurance allows, 5 for 5 spent 12 years with him until I moved back to the east coast Thank"s Doc Marv Whalen

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR & SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION! ONCE YOU RECEIVE AN APPOINTMENT, YOU'LL WAIT THEN ONCE INSIDE YOU'LL WAIT. IF YOU NEED A REFERRAL & YOU WILL GOOD LUCK! ROUKIEH CAN'T EVEN RECALL WHAT STAGE THE REFERRAL IS IN, PROBABLY BECAUSE IT'S BEEN SO LONG! DR. WOLFSON IS A JOKE HE CAN'T ACTUALLY LOOK YOU IN THE EYE & OFTEN DOESN'T EVEN REPLY TO YOUR QUESTION. THE OFFICE STAFF IS RUDE. WHY DO YOU NEED TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS WHEN YOUR ILL OR EVEN WORSE? YOU DON'T!!!

My new insurance required a change of doctors. I was pleasantly surprised at the concern and efficient diagnosing of a doctor who really listens.
