Received “care” for a burn on my leg that resulted in a fist sized blistered area. I am diabetic, received cortisone the week before (which raised my sugar) and am caring for my mother who has been receiving infusions for a severe infection. All I wanted was some silver burn cream to keep it from getting infected until I could see my primary on Monday (this was a Saturday). He told me he could not help, silver burn cream wouldn’t do anything and I didn’t even need a bandage. Thank God for my uncle, a retired physician, who knew it was needed & called it in. I told him that the teledoc had called it in before for a severe sunburn and he told me it didn’t help that either…in which I advised him it absolutely did. He was a completely useless & I NEVER want to be “helped” by him again. If you use MDL!ve, be sure you do not get him!! He is hateful, dismissive and rude.

Horrible Dr. I had visit with him in MdLive. He couldn’t be bothered whatsoever. Barely asked questions, just moved me along with a med I mentioned my husband had been given for same symptoms…that wasn’t working. Do no see him.

Asked for medication to calm cough. Asked for a steroid. Was told steroids do not help with a cough. Perhaps he needs further education. Was advised a prescription was sent to pharmacy. Contacted pharmacy and was advised the "prescription" was the OTC medication that was already tried for a week. Absolutely useless care. Waste of time and money. On top of wrong information given TWICE during this call. No prescription for anything was given and any person with minimal medical education knows a steroid does assist in calming a cough. Go back to school or maybe raise a child... cause all mothers know this. Unbelievable.

Horrible experience -- telehealth appointment - he did not ask me a single question about my symptoms. He literally said "I can't help you. I'm going to hang up now.". Phone call lasted less than 8 minutes. AVOID!!!

Worse Dr ever! Explained to him what was going on with me, wanted to put me on steroids. What I needed was an antibiotic for a double ear infection. Thanks Genius, Time and Money wasted. GFY !!

Offered little help and prescribed me nothing to help with my allergies. He told me to buy whatever they have at the store. Thanks genius.. I wish I would have thought of that. Guess that's why your the smart Dr. What a waste of my time and money.

Super hot doc. I'd let him examine me all night long.
