Dr. Erica R. Allen is a National Certified Counselor, National Certified School Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, and Board Certified Telemental Health Provider. She currently serves as a Professional School Counselor during the day. Hence, she offers untraditional evening appointments with limited weekend availability, provided upon request. As a veteran educator, Dr. Allen has worked with multi-generations of students, parents, staff, administrators, and community stakeholders. She brings parenting, behavior modification, stress management, mindfulness techniques, anxiety regulation, life-span development, work-life balance expertise, and diagnostic and therapeutic skill sets to her services. Sessions with Dr. Allen are a safe, neutral, and compassionate virtual space that can be embedded with biblical wisdom and Christian principles upon client request.Dr. Allen’s mission is to provide a safe, empathetic virtual setting for clients to explore, understand, and navigate …life’s challenges. She specializes in working with adults and adolescents in an inclusive and non-judgemental environment with a collaborative and client-centered approach. She draws from evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs, ensuring a customized and effective treatment plan that cultivates a client embarking on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth accompanied by Dr. Allen. Dr. Erica Allen has earned a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi, an M.Ed. in Counseling from Delta State University, an Ed.S. in Educational Leadership and Administration from Delta State University, a Ph.D. in Christian Counseling and Psychology, and a Doctor of Professional Counseling degree from Mississippi College.
