Dr.Archer is very thorough, very knowledgeable, a pleasure to talk to,feel very comfortable in her care.

Dr. archer is amazing. Extremely smart and caring. She immediately recognized a serious problem and set up an action plan. She called me after hours to follow up, and a week later to check in on me. I am very impressed with her. Her office staff -not so much. They forgot to send in my order for blood work and then got very defensive when I called them to find out what happened and she realized it was her mistake. I was not rude at all but she was ready for an argument. I don't have time for that nonsense. Just get my stuff in order so I can get well! Dr. Archer would do well to hire better office staff that is on par with her level of professionalism.

My endocrinologist referred me to Dr. Archer for thyroid eye disease. She got me in within a few days. After filling out paperwork at the desk I was immediately taken to the exam room by Dr. Archer herself. She then did a thorough history and examination, explaining everything thoroughly and in a way that made sense. She was very friendly and professional. I will definitely see her again.

If I could rate this place a minus 2 I would. A 1 is too good for them. They were recommended by Ellis Hospital after an emergency room visit. The first appointment I sat in the doctor's chair, not the waiting room, but the examining room for over 45 minutes before the doctor came in. OK things happen. They got grace that time. They scheduled a followup appointment for me. It was today at 11:00. I work over an hour away. I drove all the way out there to be told the doctor wasn't in and my appointment was at 2:00 pm. I had the appointment card with me. It was for 11:00 am. No notification, no nothing. Just a complete waste of my time, twice! So unprofessional. I wouldn't go back to this place is my eyeballs were literally falling out of my head. Be warned people. Find another eye doctor.
