treated for 11 Years by Dr.Canova,she diagnosed Seborrhea dermatitis for all those years and kept prescribing the same rx.recently went to new dermatologist who said the mark behind my ear which I had been complaining about for many years was Basal cell carcinoma.Doctor said I can't believe she missed this.You meed to have Mohs surgery.went to mohs specialist and he had to cut deep and wide 5 times to remove all of the cancer which left me with 30 stitches down my neck.surgeon corroborated what the other dermatologist said,that it was growing for many years.She also misdiagnosed pre cancer as seborrhea on my forehead.Also overdosed with strong steroid on my scalp causing me hair loss,burning and bad itching.when I told her she said,just keep using it.that's not what is making your hair fall out. the new dermatologist prescribed a very mild steroid and now my hair is growing back.the red scalp is gone and so is the itch.I can't believe I trusted this doctor for so many years.
