Love Dr. Carroll and her MA. Very friendly and thoughtful.

Very disappointed in Dr Carroll and her office. I had to schedule 9 months out to get on her list for new patients. Unfortunately, a week before the time of my appt I had to go out of town for work. Her office would not allow me to reschedule my appt because I wasn't an established patient and she wasn't taking new patients. I would have thought that waiting for 9 months for an appt to get in that there would have been some compassion to rescheduling appts.

I've been seeing Dr. Carroll for several years. She is excellent, has always spent plenty of time with me and seems to be knowledgeable, caring and direct. I couldn't be happier with her services.

Poor listener, a bit condescending. Argumentative. Technically competent with a marginal bedside manner. "By the book" to a fault.
