She is my mom which makes her the best and I love her

Her staff changed my appointment by leaving me a message. I had ordered a ride and had to cancel but thankfully they were able to accommodate me and rearrange the timing. She was running late and trying to see all her appointments so she could get out early hence why I was rescheduled and pushed through my appointment not letting me ask the questions I needed to ask as she ran out the door. I did get one question in but considering her tone and stature I definitely was holding her up which made me very uncomfortable and feeling uncompleted and lost. Her nurse quickly disappeared as well leaving me struggling to put my boot on but finally he came back and very pleasantly helped me. Not going to say she is a bad doctor because the first appointment was just fine. This appointment was just not comfortable nor considerate. So glad I get to meet with the doctor on an off day

Dr. Bayly took great care of me after a very traumatic ankle fracture in January 2024. It was a challenging year but Dr. Bayly was very supportive and encouraging that it will get better. January of 2925 she was able to remove the hardware from my ankle and now I’m is so much less pain and discomfort. Dr. Bayly is great! Thank you.

After ending up at the SS Hospital Emergency Department for traumatic rupture of both quadricep tendons this past November, I was seen early the next morning for surgical repair. I am a health care provider myself so had some sense of what was in store .Dr. Bayly explained the procedure and was extremely positive about the likely outcome. Her positive approach put me at ease going onto the surgery (shout out to the suburb ED and OR staffs at South Shore as well). Now 11 weeks post op my rehab is on schedule and the surgery has been nothing less than perfection, in my opinion. At my recent 10 week follow up D. Bayly appeared to be as pleased as was I. All in all...this wasa better than I thought possible experience post such a traumatic injury. Kudos to Dr. Bayly and her staff! Thank you so much.

I had a bad bicycle accident. I broke 2 bones in my lower left leg. It looked like a Gordon Haywood brake. Dr.Bayly operated now my foot is where it should be and I’m walking again! She’s Great!

I had bi-lateral traumatic knee injury in July of 2024. Dr. Bayly performed the surgery at South Shore Hospital. Because of her expertise I am able to walk again and my life is back to normal. She is a miracle worker! Thank you Doc!

I can’t speak more highly of how amazing Dr.Erica Baylys work is!! It’s a year post op since my ankle surgery and besides the usual swelling that’s my only issue.. thank you soo very muchhh Dr.Bayly for all that you did to help myself and so many others!!

I had my last visit with Dr. Bayly today. She answered all my questions and is very compassionate. I would highly recommend her.
