Dr. Erica Boiman Johnstone, MD

My entire experience with Dr Johnstone and the University of Utah IVF clinic has been terrible. Worst doctor/office experience of my entire life. They don't care about patients, you are just a paycheck to them. Doctor and nursing staff are extremely non responsive, good luck trying to get them to answer a question or return a phone call. And heaven forbid you have a loss while under Dr Johnstone's care, then the only thing they care about is trying to get you started on another cycle ASAP to suck more money out of you. No sympathy, no empathy, no compassion. Terrible, terrible experience.

We met with Dr. Johnstone after multiple attempts to conceive. She had no resolution or recommendations of how or why we have had trouble conceiving? She acted a bit preoccupied and after waiting for three months to get into her clinic we are awaiting another doctor. Maybe a bad day?

Thanks to Dr Johnstone I have my son. I went to her in Sept and was pregnant by January. She listens and is very caring.
