Waited over six months for my appointment. When I arrived I mention Delta Dental as my insurer. I was told that they no longer excepted Delta Dental but that I could try to submit the bill after my exam to delta dental for payment. What? In other words they would have had me see the dentist and then inform me that delta dental would be denied as a form of payment. It would come out of pocket . They had no intention of letting me know about my insurance denial until after my exam! Delta dental was excepted when I made the appt. 6 months earlier but they never informed me until my arrival that it was cancelled. Waisted my time and they tried to weasel a payment from me without informing Me previous to my arrival. I waisted 6 months waiting to be seen by this dentist only to have my insurance rejected at the time of my visit. Weasels! No courtesy to inform me that my insurance was no longer valid with their office. Weasels !
