Dr. Erica Joann Kesselman, MD

It took me over a decade to find a good, trusted OBGYN in northeastern CT, so even after I moved out of state I continued to travel back to CT and pay out of pocket to see Erica for my annual exams. She does especially well at putting nervous patients at ease, she actually listens, and when I learned I had an ovarian tumor she had me in the OR getting it removed five days later. Highly recommended.

I haven’t seen the doctor long, about four appointments so far but she’s been amazing. Able to help with everything, not rushed, not pushy, very friendly. This is actually my fourth pregnancy and my third living child due to the military they’ve all been different doctors. She is my favorite!!

Overall she is very nice. I went to her after 3 other doctors wanted to operate on me. I was in horrible pain and she discovered I had something that she treated me for right in her office. I then became pregnant and called the office. The woman on the phone was very rude and said I would have to wait 3 months to come in. I then had some bleeding and was never able to talk to her. Finally a male doctor called me back and told me I was having a miscarriage but there was nothing they could do till my appointment. He was so rude he had me in tears. I called another office and they saw me right away.
