"I take my time with each patient and pay attention to details," said Kilnoski, a physician assistant with Methodist Physicians Clinic. "They find that I'm a good listener, compassionate and professional."
She enjoys practicing family medicine because it allows her to care for patients of all ages with acute and chronic conditions. She particularly enjoys women's health and pediatric care, and she frequently helps patients with mental health and weight management challenges.
With every patient Kilnoski sees, she strives to develop a meaningful connection and show them The Meaning of Care.
"It means working together to look after and provide for the needs of every patient," she said. "It means giving our best, most compassionate care to all."
Outside of work, Kilnoski stays busy with her son's and daughter's school activities. She also enjoys running, reading and spending time …with family and friends.
