Dr. Erica Ann Mailler, MD

I have been going to see her for a few years and as an established patient i shouldnt have to wait months to get in. Also the front desk girl was reay friendly, and when i found out she was gone i was hurt. Looks like theres a high turn over in her office so try not to get to attached to the staff.

Compared t other doctors shwas professional, courteous and efficien. Could not have asked for more

I find Dr. Erica Mailler-Savage to be an exceptionally brilliant physician. She really takes care of her patients and is very real about what is happening. I believe that she should win an excellence award. I am so grateful for her and her entire team for helping me through a very medically challenging time in my life. Thanks just doesn't say enough. I highly recommend her to anyone who struggles with complex or simple dermatological challenges..

It is a shame all doctors and their staff can't be like this.

My appointment was at 3. I showed up at 2:30. I waited in the waiting room until 3, when they put me in an exam room. I was in that room for an hour. The doctor finally showed up and apologized for the wait. This was a follow-up appointment from two products she put me on. Neither worked, and she completely forgot everything I told her 3 months ago about my adverse reactions to things. She even suggested things I have told her that I have had bad reactions to.

My whole experience at this doctor's office was excellent! Large but homey and comfortable waiting room with chairs that were upholstered and to office furniture.... friendly punctual staff who act as though they enjoy their work and each other, not just working "on the clock"... nursing staff friendly; tv in exam room NOT set to those canned medical advertising channels! I've been to TONS of medical offices, some my own and many when I cared for my father in law, so I've seen my share, but NONE of them match this for a wonderful experience at the doctor's. Bravo, Dr. Savage!

I had a skin cancer lesion very close to my tearduct, I went to a "premier" Dr. in Winter Park - it was like Zombie Land in there - scary and expensive. She was going to send me to a specialist to close the wound. (cha-ching????) Dr. Savage is in a convenient location, her staff is exemplary, she accepted the boipsy results from the other place. I had the surgery 6 months ago and the results are barely noticible. I could not be more pleased! She is a highly skilled surgeon and I recommend her to all!

My son, who lives in Missouri, had a condition that covered his body with sores that were oozing and sticking to his skin. He consulted 3 different doctors before flying to Orlando. We found Dr. Savage and she accurately diagnosed him as having an allergy to Neosporin. After treating him, he was completely free of this condition in 2 days. Thank you Dr Savage.

Excellent bedside manner. Very down to earth,caring and understanding. She listens to your every concern. The MOHS surgery went well. No pain during the long procedure. She explained everything clearly. Her assistant was cheerful,and gave injections painlessly and made sure you were comfortable. This team was wonderful! This office is clearly my top choice for skin cancer surgery in the Orlando area. I have been to other "top" doctors for dermatology and it was such a bad experience, I haven't been back for 5 years. I'm happy to have found just exactly the type of doctor I like, kind, compassionate, professional, and real!
