Worst customer phone service ever. Cutting you off, I needed to see the surgeon before my surgery and would not accommodate me. Their phone curtesy and ethics were horrible and unfriendly. Will not deal with this doctor ever again. Such a frustrating experience.

Very unprofessional staff answering the phones. Was on hold for a half an hour and the person kept picking up the phone and hanging it up. Called over a dozen times to make an appointment for an upcoming surgery. This was my first impression of their professionalism and how they treat patients. I curtesy what so ever. Called again an hour before it closed and now they switched to answering service

I had bariatric surgery with Dr. Podolsky at the Delray Medical Center. She is an excellent surgeon. She explained everything to me prior to the surgery. I never felt rushed in my consultations with her. Her team at the medical center is sensational.

Dr. Podolsky just performed a complicated laparoscopic robotic procedure on me. She was caring and efficient and informative after the surgery. She is incredible!

She preformed laparoscopic surgery for my diverticulitis and she also did a laparoscopic surgery for a hernia repair. There were no problems with either surgery one months apart and her bedside manner was fabulous

Extremely untrustworthy and didn't seem focused on her patients. I was not impressed with her practice.
