Dr. Erica L Sails, MD

I was in search for a new PCP because my prior one made me feel like being an advocate for myself was a bad thing. Dr. Erica Sails and staff were GREAT! They were VERY attentive, answered all of my questions, and Dr. Sails took her time and explained things to me which included an on-the-spot visual diagram! I could tell that she was genuinely concerned about how I felt and she explained the course of action for my care. She made sure I had a complete understanding before I left the office. They were 110% COVID-19 compliant and made sure NO patient crossed paths...like they were literally peeking out my room to make sure the "coast was clear" and that a prior patient had left the office before allowing me to leave. If a doctor's appointment could be awesome, then the one I had with Dr. Sails was definitely it! Kudos to Dr. Sails and her staff!

Very thorough

Saw this doctor today. I have been sick repeatedly over the past month, and it keeps coming back. Wanted to test for possibly walking pneumonia, or strep. This doctor spent no more than 2 minutes with me. She told me I didn't have a fever because it wasn't 100.4 - it was 99.8 - that is called a LOW GRADE fever - but she said it could be ovulation - I had sore throat, horrible cough and congestion this week - and two weeks ago, but she didn't talk about ANY of it with me - just told me that I am better, but she would go ahead and throw a random antibiotic at me. NO TESTS - she didn't test me for anything! I paid $45 for 1 minute of her time to basically insult me. Now I am still stuck with this sickness, and have absolutely no answers. Never again! I don't have a medical degree, but I could have done a much better job than her. Absolutely horrible!

This doctor is AMAZING and this clinic is awesome. Go here! #awesomeness
