Dr. Erica Michelle Stringer Reasor, MD

Wouldn’t recommend for anyone. Lacks empathy, condescending, and ugly spirited.

When my reg. Oncologist retired, I got her. I could tell she didn't like me (maybe because I was Korean). She was short with every sentence. After my 2nd operation, she never called me in for a PET, CT. MRI. Scan, then 3 years later she did and I was stage 4 but she would never tell me. I had to ask another dr. I fired her and started going somewhere else. If she doesn't like you, she just sentence you to death too.

Never liked me...never smiled. Let me go almost 4 years without a PET Scan and now I am stage 4. She refused to tell me I was stage 4. Sent me to another doctor to tell me. Horrible dr. Her 5 star ratings must be made up. She DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HER PATIENTS.

Dr. Stringer is a gem! She demonstrates true mastery of the relevant scientific/medical literature, she treats patients with kindness and respect, she follows through with referrals in a timely fashion, and she somehow finds time to respond to most patient portal messages personally! I especially appreciate that she used her expertise to make some personalized tweaks to my treatment plan rather than blindly following NCCN guidelines like less knowledgeable oncologists often have to do. So thankful Dr. Stringer is on my medical team!

Dr. Stringer has walked with me through an incredibly difficult road with triple negative breast cancer. Through the process she has been informative, attentive, and an amazingly compassionate doctor. She is one of a kind and has been a true blessing through this experience.

Dr. Stringer-Reasor is a very competent and compassionate doctor. She’s patient, listens and cares about your overall health.

How this Doctor was hired by UAB Kirklin Clinic is indeed a mystery. She is both incompetent and unprofessional. Her command of the English language/grammar is appalling. Furthermore, her understanding of the field of Oncology is subpar at best.
