Dr. Erica Lynn Sturdivant, MD

My mother was a patient under this particular individual. Dr. Sturdivant was rude , inconsiderate and neglectful. My mother has PTSD from the traumatic experience she suffered from Dr. Sturdivant. My mother was diagnosed with serious medical conditions and her concerns were ignored. My mother stated this Dr. embarrassed her when they first met. My mother has a non contagious skin condition, instead of embracing her condition Dr. Sturdivant made her feel as if she’s dirty and didn’t want to tend to her. Recently my mother requested a call back due to a medical emergency. Dr. Sturdivant failed to acknowledge the call or follow up. I hope nobody had to experience what my mother had to. Dr. Sturdivant you should be ashamed of yourself and the treatment of your patients.

The office staff there is very rude. I am a RN and I needed to speak to the nurse and was told that everyone is busy. I have yet to hear from anyone. They should all be fired! They represent her and if they do something and she does nothing, then she is part of the problem. Shame on you

My mother went to see Dr. Sturdivant on Monday. Dr. S. prescribed her medication that requires a DEA license. I get to the pharmacy and the prescription can not be filled because Dr. S.'s license is expired. No other doctor in the office will write the script on her behalf. In the meantime my mother is suffering and Dr. S. has done absolutely nothing to fix this problem. The fact that her colleagues in the office won't support her speaks volumes to me about her as a medical professional. My mother is the person suffering. It's been a full week with no relief in sight. I'm taking my mother to PENN medicine for treatment from now on. Dr. Sturdivant will never lay her hands on my mother again.
