Dr Szabados is very thorough and has a great bedside manor. She is easy to talk to. I would recommend her..

Why is the office staff for Dr Szabados so unprofessional and discourteous. The woman I spoke to should be fired. People who see neurologists generally have very severe and serious medical problems. She was unhelpful and seems very dissatisfied with her job

Dr. Szabados herself is great, but her staff is very rude. Her receptionist Jerri needs courtesy training in order to effectively communicate with the public. Very disappointed with the staff

I was a bit nervous after reading some of the comments about staff, but was extremely pleased by the courteousness, friendliness and helpfulness of every person I encountered during my visit. There were four including the doctor and all were wonderful~

After several frustrating years trying to get a diagnosis for my mother's decline, and thinking that we had a good neurologist for her, we ended up switching because a receptionist was always so rude to her. Finding Dr. Szabados has been the best thing we ever did with respect to her medical care. She treats my mother with respect even when she may be struggling for words or repeating herself. Her thorough examinations and tests have finally led us to a diagnosis. While I wish she did not have Parkinson's, knowing what it is has helped her and the rest of the family in dealing with the decline; assisting us in finding ways to make her life more comfortable and hopefully, give her a better quality of life.
