Dr. Erich Brent Naumann, MD

Dr. Naumann lacked empathy and compassion and was extremely unprofessional in removing my wife's wisdom teeth. He was performing multiple surgeries at the same time so kept leaving the room during the process, didn't pay much attention to my wife during the surgery, and didn't couldn't even stick around for a minute after the 5 minute surgery to answer any basic questions my wife had about the surgery, post surgery recovery process, or the fact that one of the two numbing injections he applied seemed to have been done incorrectly, leaving that half of my wife's face, sinuses, and eye extra numb (the injection applied to the other half was fine). He didn't even bother to stitch up the surgery site, even when my wife asked. Both before and after the surgery, he and one of his older nurses made my wife feel very uncomfortable and harassed for having PTSD and occasional panic attacks, and any time my wife tried to ask a question they treated her as a nuisance and discriminated against… her for having mental health issues (the PTSD and panic attacks). The post surgery recovery has been very painful for my wife as they refused to write a pain medication prescription for more than 2 days worth of post surgery pain relief - that means we run out before the third day of recovery, which is supposed to be the most painful by far.

I was in pretty sad shape, from a dental point of view. Now, 3+ months after oral surgery, I am quite happy to say I feel much healthier now. By nature, it has been a difficult road, but it was made just that much easier by Dr. Naumann, and staff, and their professional, and caring attitude, dealing with a patient like me. I can't thank you all, enough, in words, for what you have done for me. Excellent work, I would highly recommend Dr. Naumann. Thank you, thank you, thank you some more. Happy 2017 to all....

I was so nervous to get my wisdom teeth out and was referred to this office by family friends, and it could not have went better. I will definitely recommend Dr. Naumann.

Dr. Naumann and staff are very caring and were very patient with me since I had a strange experience under the gas. I left there feeling like an idiot because of that, but, I didn't experience ANY pain at all from my tooth extraction after I left the clinic. Thank you Dr Naumann and staff!

Good experience. He was very receptive when I returned for a follow up appointment due to pain issues. My only suggestion for improvement-i would have really appreciated if he saw me immediately after the surgery to tell me how things went when I woke up for anesthesia.

Very professional and friendly office, both on the phone and in the office. All of my questions were kindly answered, even if I asked the same question more than once. Easy to reschedule appointments. Excellent pain control with all procedures. Very pleased with the outcome of my dental implant. Highly recommend.

Dr. Naumann extracted two teeth before my orthodontic treatment. He has been very courteous and efficient since the initial consultation. A week later, the nurse at the orthodontic clinic commented on how well it recovered. I would highly recommend Dr. Naumann.

Dr. Naumann did a fabulous job on a difficult mouth! He is extremely skilled, while also being patient and caring. He does whatever it takes, and invests whatever time is needed to solve your problems.
