spent over 4 hours waiting for him to show up, had all my medical and mri records and only to be told he cant help me after all those hours and front desk had assure me he would help with my pain and referrals needed and also called my insurance to have him as my primary as i told them no , but they did anyways knowing i wanted to see him 1st before they did that and waste of long drive, money and no care at all u less ur philipino as most his clients are and come for meds and seen right away .. sorry for the bad review but its true.

FRONT DESK never picks up call at all.My pharmacy tired of calling them.Dr.Austin seems nice but he has to control his management.I am a patient and I have many medications .I always have to go numerous times to my pharmacy to pick up meds.I don’t know if it’s NP or doctor,never refills on time!Every time same issues.Looks like they don’t really care about patients.No quality care provided. They take many patients but no proper care!!!!

I’ve been going to this clinic for awhile and I had bad feelings about it. The place had a messy schedule and the people didn’t really know what they were doing, but that was when it was starting up. When the employees were done getting used to what they were doing the clinic started to get better. Everyone is nice to me and the environment has a nice feel to it. The place is well maintained but is sometimes messy due to patients leaving their stuff around, but overall I think the place is nice.

really easy to get an appt w/ this doctor, has wkend clinic hrs., accommodating and he's good, that's why he has many patients who would patiently wait for him, but wkdays, shorter wait

Dr.Augustin doesn't rush you and listens to all you questions and concerns. He is very nice and a professional doctor - very knowledgable. Very happy patient!
