It always seems like we had to tell him what we needed and never felt like he knew what to look for or prevent future issues. I had issues that is office couldn’t diagnose and he didn’t seem to know how to follow up with the ER to give me the Proper medications once he had the information to do so. Aisa his assistant was the same and trying to communicate with her was very frustrating. If you want a doctor you’ll have confidence in I would not recommend him. Finding a new primary care doctor for my family now. :(

Dr. Arhelger answered all my questions and was interested in my feelings about having covid. I am very pleased with him as he really cares and listens to me. I am 79 and hopefully, he will be my last doctor.

Dr. A is one of the best doctors I have seen. He is very easy to talk to, he is very attentive and actually listens to what you are saying. He gets to the root of the problem so you don't waste time. His staff is top notch too! I highly recommend Dr. A.

Dr Arhelger will discuss your treatment plan and listen to your input. He does not talk down to you, assuming you know nothing about medicine. Dr. Arhelger is kind and interested in his patients. He is knowledgeable and informed and able to explain medical information in a manner which non medical persons can understand. When faced with being unable to find a physician who would accept new Medicare patients in my own community, Dr. Arhelger readily agreed to accept me and my husbands as patients.

He's a very considerate & capable doc. He spends decent time with you, and I've never had a wait time so far! It's nice to have a doc that doesn't rush through things & isn't burnt-out! :-)
