Excellent physician. Has kept me alive for 5 years after diagnosing kidney cancer and preforming a radical nephrectomy. Very diligent about follow-up.

My son had stage 4 Testicular Cancer and was needing RPLND (Lymph Node Dissection Surgery of the lower Abdomen) and he did it all with robotics which meant a shorter down time and not having a huge scar down his belly. Dr Castle did an amazing job getting all the remaining cancer. He was very courteous spent time explaining everything to us I would highly recommend him.

He removed my kidney years ago which was perhaps cancerous. Since I became septic due to an untreated bladder infection, Dr. Castle has avoided me, pawning me off on residents. I have chronic bladder infections and expect another bout of sepsis since I am largely ignored

Dr. Castle is everything I could want in a specialist.He gave me a no-bull explanation of my problem, recommended some non-invasive ways of dealing with it, prepared me for the possibility of a future operation and made me feel confident that he had a grip on my problem.Asked a lot of questions (good) and provided a lot of complete, well-thought answers (good).I only wish that it wasn't necessary to go to a place like Mayo Clinic to see a very good, competent doctor.Drove 280 miles round-trip to see him, and I would do it again.
