Dr. Erik J Geiger, MD

The bottom of the barrel. He hates the elderly and actual gave a little bedside speech stating the real problem with the healthcare system is old people live too long. Referred to them as “the fighters”. He is a Monarch/Optum hack who will push hospice, not care. Shame on Providence Mission for allowing this ghoul to roam the floors.

Based on his reputation and the high esteem in which he is held, I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Geiger to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, compassionate physician. He is someone you can confidently refer your closest family and friends to, assured that they will receive the highest standard of care.

I am an RN and I have worked with Dr Geiger for nearly 20 years. I recently had a friend ask me about my favorite physicians. Dr Geiger was one that immediately came to mind and I decided to put those thoughts onto a review. As humans we tend to just review poor experiences and I just wanted to share something positive about my experience working with this man. I have worked in the UK, Ireland, the Middle East and here in the USA. I have had many encounters with many doctors over the years and I truly enjoy working with Dr Geiger. He is one of the best. He is an amazing doctor who shows such diligence, care and compassion to his patients. His bedside manner is wonderful. He is thoughtful in his engagements with both patients and families and he very quickly gains their trust. He advocates for his patients and goes above and beyond to ensure that his patients get proper care. I just wanted to share my experiences over many years.

We met Dr Geiger in the Saddleback Hospital ER. He immediately initiated numerous tests: x-ray, ultrasound electrocardiogram blood tests and an EKG. After spending about 5 hours diagnosing my problem he admitted me and proceeded to monitor my progress daily for five days. Each day he would give me a clear and concise update on my condition culminating in scheduling an appointment with a cardiologist for surgery. I could not ask for better service or a better doctor.
