Dr. Erik Michael Gracer, MD

Dr. Erik Gracer is a family medicine physician who earned his medical degree from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and completed his residency at Stanislaus County Health Services Agency. With nearly three decades of medical practice behind him, he brings extensive experience to caring for patients of all ages. Dr. Gracer speaks both English and Tagalog, helping him connect with a diverse patient population.

Dr. Gracer practices at multiple locations throughout the East Bay, including San Ramon and Pleasanton, and maintains affiliations with Walnut Creek Medical Center, San Ramon Regional Medical Center, and John Muir Health Concord Medical Center.
