Excellent care from the time I walked in and was greeted by the receptionist and throughout my appointment.

I've been going for routine office appointments every couple of months for a while now and they get the billing amount wrong every time. I pay in full every visit, have an appointment in a week, and they're threatening collections action over the trivial amount they forgot to bill at the last visit. Not the way you treat the guy who says "All of it" every time you ask how much he'd like to pay you. Oh, and maybe you should take the time to mention you can take electronic payments on your invoices! Tell the reception staff about it too, as they don't seem to know.

Terrible office! We show up 5min late and the receptionist scolds us that everyone is at lunch. The doctor is with another patient which means they double booked our appointment which is somehow our fault?!? And they were the ones that scheduled our appointment during their lunchtime which is also our fault?!?!? The icing on the cake is being screamed at by a Karen office manager that I am not allowed to be a part of my partners appointment. Again, something they did NOT tell us when making the appointment and again, it's our fault. Stay away from this crazy office and the awful people here.

Not everyone has money to drop and needs support. Stop saying Ryan White doesnt pay its bills. Federal funded program! Y'all suck!

I found the staff to be very informative and friendly.

Don't expect large bills to be spread out. They will refuse service if you cant pay upfront in full. So much for customer service, office staff is rude and dismissive. PA was all about getting to the next patient. Appears its all about the money, not the patient.

Dr. Hurst is competent and pleasant. I think my problems stem from his staff. I may be spoiled by my previous dermatologist, but I am used to the office ordering my Stelara shot and scheduling a visit only when my medication is in. I have had to deal with the specialty pharmacy myself since I moved to this area. If I call the office, I am constantly put on hold and forgotten about. I am not normally a complainer, but this is difficult to manage. I am frustrated enough to travel 5 hours back to my previous dermatologist to get better personal care. Again, the problem is not Dr. Hurst or his associate, if you can get to them.

Felt like it was an inconvenience that I was there. Will find new dermatologist.

The doctor and the PA were very thorough. I have never experienced less receptive and unfriendly as well as unprofessional office staff. It could be his demise.

I agree with the people who commented about the lack of care of the staff. The was MOST CERTAINLY my experience. They would not even make a phone call to verify my coverage and did not care in the least!
