My approach to therapy is integrative; I am trained in both traditional talk therapies like psychodynamic psychotherapy, as well as body-based approaches to healing like EMDR therapy and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. Occasionally, I incorporate hypnotic and ego-state techniques to assist folks with dissociative experiences.
