Hello Dr Sahl I have been trying to reach you regarding an issue with two root canal procedures performed by Dr Silvestrin on 06/05/2026 at the Indio location. I have made repeated attempts of calling the office for resolution to this matter only to be met with unprofessional behavior; no one asking my name, only assuming who I was, holding on the line for over an hour with no one responding to my concern while be left on hold, leaving the office after the procedure with a large chunk of one the teeth that was worked on missing knowingly (after being jolted from the dental chair 3 times during the procedure), being passed to a subordinate to quell the situation. Finally, being passed to an unidentified person telling me to take a picture of the tooth and send it, which I did because I was not offered any other options like, coming back in to have look. Have you seen the pictures? What followed was Betsy calling from the office telling me " They have done their part and I need to fix… the rest. " Imagine paying insurance premiums month after month year after year, paying a co pay to be told that your negligence is my responsibility. I will be happy to reiterate the details of what occurred however it will take more characters than allowed. I have contacted my insurance carrier to file a dispute and proceed with any measure to come to a resolution and have my payment reversed.
