Dr. Erik Robert Sloman-Moll, MD

I've been going to Dr. Erik for a couple years now due to my sinuses. I dont usually write reviews online but I think its neccessary to let people know that I havnt experienced any of the things that other negative reviews are saying. Whenever I go to Dr. Eriks the staff is very friendly and remember my name. The wait can be long at times, but the way Dr. Erik takes care of you is worth it. He has been giving me free samples since I have been seeing him making it easy and cheaper to find the right medications out of the new ones that come out. I highly recommend Dr. Erik and advise you to ignore some of the negative reviews on here.

I took my 2 year old to Dr. Erik because of speech delays and waited a long time to get seen from start to finish our appointment took 3 hours. At first he looked in my sons ears and was done and I asked if that was it- and he said yes that I would have to schedule another appointment. At that point he didn't even tell me the results. Turns out he makes you have multiple appointments so he can bill insurance more. The worst part is that once he had the hearing test and I got the results he told me that my son has fluid in his ears and his hearing is muffled. They were not going to give me my sons results and that I would have to schedule another appointment and I told them I wasn't going to so finally they gave me his results and told me he would need work done. Mothers intuition told me something was wrong so I brought my son to a great ENT in San Antonio who said he has NO fluid in his ears and that he hears fine. I would highly recommend going to another ENT. Dr. Erik is just not… trustworthy.

I went in to take my father to Dr. Erik last week and was very satisfied with how comfortable my father was. Dr. Erik was very nice and funny and put my dad at ease the whole time.

I find this man absolutely rude as well as his wife... she doesn't seem to understand HIPAA privacy. I would never recommend this man to anyone.

I just wanted to share my very frustrating experience with Dr. Erik Sloman-Moll and his office. I saw Dr. Erik about 4 months ago and when I left his office I was already very upset. After waiting for 2 hours, I then saw a nurse for a half hour in a tiny room where she ran 3 tests on me that were completely over the top and ridiculous for what my simple symptom was in going to see him. I then saw him for MAYBE 2 minutes in the room where he looked at me and said "Oh its just allergies" and left the room. Then he prescribed me over 4 prescriptions, then 3 different tests where I needed to come to the office 3 MORE times. Needless to say I paid my copay and I knew I wasnt coming back. Then a month laster I recieved an additional bill for the 3 unnecessary tests that the nurse ran on me before I even saw the Dr. I have been fighting this bill for 3 months now, the office manager refused to speak with me and I had to only talk to the assistant there which was ZERO help. If you need an… Otolaryngologist I would reccomend you find someone else. I lost my battle and I have to pay the bill. This office is extremely unprofessional.

kind and fair doctor

I'm very disappointed with this doctor. I went with him for 5 months because a breathing problem and he made me go through so many tests and made me spend so much money and never treated me or fixed my problem, all he did was get all this money for the services. I'm still stuck paying for may bills and he never did anything to me I still have the same problem. I stopped going with him and I don't recommend him to anybody if you want to be getting the run around and waste your money plus wait 2 to 3 hours each visit. He is your doctor.
