Dr Collado was very patient listening to all my complaints. I never felt rushed even though she was running a little late. I definitely would recommend!

Erika and nurses are good. However, the office billing department is unethical and not professional. They submitted the wrong claims. They charge you in advance but they don't provide invoices even though you follow up after a month. After you show your explanation of benefits, they don't refund any excess you paid until the claim is posted in the system and after that, they take 6-8 weeks. Their billing team is not well trained. They provided incorrect information and it takes several iterations to clarify a mistake from their site. It is unfortunate.

This team is great! Wait times are minimal, staff is professional and nice. Dr. Collado is very attentive and thorough with her assessments. Would recommend ??
