Dr. Erika Denise Dallas, MD

To me, Dr. Dallas is a great doctor: professional, compassionate, intelligent, trustworthy, and able to promptly diagnose. She is everything a good doctor should be. Also, her staff has been great to work with and they have been most helpful to me.

The nurse practitioner was rude and unwilling to help me then harrassed me when I asked for a number to her manager. They then released me as a patient saying I was distrupive and rude when it was her. I am the patient and I shouldn't be treated like that

first of all I will say I was told of the wait time and offered to come back BUT I live an hour away and who wants to go shopping while sick. I actually had a migraine.- When I finally got back to see the dr I was treated very rudely! I HEARD THEM TALKING ABOUT ME outside the room... I was probably just another drug seeker!! SOOO ANGRY! So they left me in the room for almost and hour. then they came in and offered me a shot for nausea- they didn't offer any real care. The only reason I went was because I didn't want to waste money on ER after hours. I will not go back. And just incase those @ dallas med reads this revied... NOT ALL PEOPLE IN PAIN ARE DRUG SEEKERS! I was looking for zomig!

As a parent who has both been seen and taken my children to be seen all I can say is "Exceptional."When they first opened it was the best kept secret in the medical world. You could walk in and be seen almost immediately. Now the word is out and many times there is a wait but they have always told me the estimated wait time. They even offer to let me go home and wait if the wait is significant and then they call me when I'm getting close to being called. My daughter got to wait for 2 hours at home on the couch when she had strep throat instead of siting in the waiting room. As a parent that is the ultimate customer service. The staff is friendly and and make us feel like they want to take care of us every time we are there.I'm glad they are here in Paducah but I would drive at least an hour to have them take care of me and my family.Thank you Dr. Dallas for putting the patient first.

Dr. Dallas is very kind and caring. She accurately diagnosed a couple of problems that I have been dealing with and has worked with me very well. I would highly recommed her to anyone. The entire staff was friendly and professional. My visits to Dallas Medical have been by far the best experiences I have ever had at a doctor's office. I am very pleased.

first thing you can never get anyone to answer the phone and when they do they put you on hold and never get back with you but if you get lucky and they do talk with you they are never nice its like you are wasting there time. example i was calling nurse back who had left me a message, i eventually had to go to the office due to they did not have the common courtesy to forward a message. then the ladies at the front acted like that was a problem when i showed up at the office. they are not very nice at all. they will not even look at you they will just ask you to sign your name (no please in there anywhere) have a seat and they may call you back up in 15 min. to make sure your info is correct and get your ins card and drivers license and god forbid if you ask them to do something as simple as printing out a paper you need. you thought you ask them to work 10 hours overtime. i really love my doctor but its the people that run the office that make you go elsewhere. which i am going to do… along with my family which is a total of 6 people. again i hate to leave my doctor but i will not be treated by the front office like that there are plenty of other doctors in paducah to choose from......

Easy walk in appointments... However, therethe wait begins... Have been there a few times...average wait is minimum 45 min average to over an hour in waiting room...once in the exam room...yet another long wait..Trying to get through for follow up information is a nightmare..have spent a couple of hours on the phone trying to get information on a surgeon they were supposed to set my husband up with to remove a cyst..still have not been able to get through or get a return phone call very unprofessional. Will never go there again after this incident.
