How do you ever get through for a refill? I have tried for over a week. A happy patient gives recommendations.

I been trying to call to reschedule my wife appointment to no avail. They don't return our message, when they do they only leave a message. I left several messages with no response.

I've been treated by Erika Hannigan for several years. She has proven to be very knowledgable in many areas, not just rheumatology. I have several health conditions and she always surprises me by being aware of how one condition and its side effects overlaps into another condition. She makes you feel comfortable and never rushes you. Her approach is one of healing both my mind and spirit. I'm very satisfied with the care I've received and hope to continue to improve my health under the care of NP Erika Hannigan.

Erika is a wonderful nurse practitioner. She makes me feel truly seen, which is incredibly rare in a doctor, ime. She prescribed me a prednisone taper to take on vacation so I could actually enjoy my trip. She has AI conditions herself and she really gets it. The Unity Health office is pretty good. I've never had any issues with the staff. Both Erika and Dr. Waldman use the Vectra blood test for RA patients to track disease activity, which is really nice.

One min acts like cares tells you to advocate for yourself then changes! When u have the appt all she does once in while just looks at hands or arm movement and bloodwork once in while but for the most part doesn’t do exams then when writes about the visit acts like she did full body inspection when never does ! Very dismissive Gonna be looking for new physician !
