Dr. Erika Katherine Hill, MD

This week got text asking confirm or reschedule. I selected reschedule then on Friday they are off and got another one saying please check in online. My appointment is Monday. I tried to see if could make comment in text but could not. Tried calling office to leave message but could not. I hope they do not charge 24 hour fee. Writing this to let them know I tried.

Did not get any real help, still have conditions

I had a small recurring melanoma on my upper arm. Dr.Hill removed about 3 inches long across my arm and went down to the muscle. Needless to say this was very painful. She prescribed Tylenol for pain. Once the numbing wore off I was in excruciating pain for the next 3 days. Naturally the office was closed. So I suffered. I returned for 2 week check up and explained this to her and she seemed very surprised a 3 inch very deep gash in my arm would be painful. I also have a strange mole on my calf which needs to be removed. At the check up I reminded her of it so she sprayed it,to freeze it off. She charged me for a surgery and my insurance company also. It's been over a month and the moll is still there. Larger than before, I will not be returning to Dr.Hill. I will find a different dermatologist who will be more concerned about me as a patient than charging my insurance and me 45.00 for nothing.
