Dr. Erika Perl Hunter

Dismissive of symptoms, did not hear my concerns or provide further testing at this time despite my symptoms being present for over a year. Dismissed me for another three months and another specialist fee for no help today. Waste of my time and still no answers.

I've seen Dr. Hunter multiple times. She is following up with me on my pain issue. She was able to pinpoint the origin of my pain. Though the nerve blocks didn't provide lasting relief, she does follow my case and offers alternatives and consultations. She wants me to check-in once a year to see where I am and how I'm doing.

Had an appt today with the NP Kari. When I got there the receptionist told me that Kari was out on medical leave. I asked why someone hadn't let me know. She shrugged her shoulders and said 'I didn't know why' Waste of my time and money.

Office Mgr "Ken" doesn't return calls (admitted) by Dr. Hunter's staff? Tried over 3 weeks....he wrote me a letter but won't back it up. What's their goal here?

Dr. Hunter is thoughtful and caring. She helped me diagnose my issues and find a treatment plan that works for me. This resolved my many visits to the urgent care.

I had an emergency hysterectomy in which she was supposed to leave my ovaries. She took one out and when I asked why, she responded, "That's what I do." She never said that before the surgery. I had one ovary that caused me pain and if we had talked I would have had her take that one. Instead she secretly took one and she chose the good one. Then at follow up, I waited over 3 hours with my mom who had to bring me and my 4 children and after several calls to her in which she said she was coming soon, she finally called and said she wasn't coming and to reschedule. I never went back.
