Dr Erika and staff are in a class all their own! My young children are totally at ease here. My son with sensory issues is usually fearful of anything health-related, but from the moment we enter the door, the office is bustling with happy, friendly staff, and a fun waiting room. Each member of the team takes the time to treat everyone with respect and makes the experience fun as well as thorough. They were even very accommodating when we had to reschedule an appointment at the last minute. It is easy to conclude that everyone from the front desk to the doctor truly enjoys caring for kids. This group of professionals are a model of what a practice focusing on children should be!

Horrible Dentist and Office! Stay Away if you pride and love your kids and yourself, you would not go here. The doctor acknowledges her incompetent and rude staff like her more than her patients. They are very rough with the kids, treating them like specimens more then humans, from staff to doctor herself. The doctor gave poor unworthy advice about what to do with my son's teeth, that our family orthodontist was appalled by. This practice is strictly to take money from the patients and not for the care of the children's teeth. My children used to love going to the doctor's office, now they hate it. I switched because this doctor was closer, now I really do not mind the drive knowing that I will get a great all around doctor for my children somewhere else that actually care about them and their teeth.

Dr. Erika is absolutely amazing and so caring! Definitely recommend!!

I am not sure what the previous rating was all about, but..... All 3 of my kids have been coming here for many years and we have always had a great experience. Both Dr. Pettinato's ( Father and Daughter, I believe) are soft spoken and have always made my kids feel comfortable. Staff has always been helpful and accommodating.

If I could give zero stars I would. They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They try to up charge and upsell everything there. Like the other reviewers, I was also told that my child has mouth full of cavities. I felt extremely uncomfortable so had to get a second opinion from another dentist. Had 2 other dentist reviewed my x-rays and completed the oral examination, no one found any cavities! Ended up paying extra for x-rays plus exams just to prove that this dentist was completely wrong. Stay far away from this place!
