Although she did diagnose my condition her complete lack of compassion and follow-up was unacceptable. I messaged her a few times via the Cleveland Clinic MyChart website about surgery to fix my condition but I did not receive any replies. I got the impression that she was unable to grasp the severity of my symptoms.

I ‘ve seen more dr.than most because of cancer,stents put in my heart and several other visits to different doctors. I can honestly say she was by far the best i’ve Visited. Thanks Doctor

Notwithstanding your highly esteemed position in professional rankings, if you deliberately ignore a request from a patient, you effectively abandon him/her. Sometimes, telling someone that you don’t know the answer is proper! Never is ignoring someone proper! If you don’t know what’s wrong with a patient, tell them!

Wow! Dr. Woodson can suture. I am recovering from a left ear Mastoidectomy and I have had a few surgeries in my years, but none that compare to Dr. Woodson's stitch! Not only am I impressed with her "handiwork" but her bedside manner as well. You are in good hands with Dr. Woodson of the Cleveland Clinic. Great experience and much appreciated!

Dr. Woodson is kind and compassionate. She is very thorough and allows me to be a part of the decision making for my care! She also ensures that I have a complete understanding of everything going on with my care.
