Dr. Erin Renee Alesi, MD

Dr. Erin Alesi is a board-certified physician specializing in oncology, internal medicine, and hospice & palliative medicine. She earned her medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans and completed her residency at Virginia Commonwealth University Health System. With 19 years of clinical experience, Dr. Alesi brings extensive expertise to cancer care and end-of-life medicine. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Dr. Alesi practices at multiple VCU Health locations throughout Richmond, Virginia, including the VCU Medical Center and VCU Health Massey Cancer Center Oncology Clinic. Her clinical expertise includes treating patients with head and neck cancer, oral cancer, and lung cancer. She performs diagnostic procedures such as hepatitis B virus testing and liver function assessments to monitor patient health and treatment progress.
